Detailed description of Los Angeles Royal Vista Golf Club
About 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, this public Los Angeles golf course features 27 holes of championship golf.
The courses were opened for play in 1965. They were designed by Ted Robinson.
The East/South course combination measures 6,537 yards.
The North/South measures 6,243 yards.
The South/East combo comes in at 6,182 yards.
The course is located in the Walnut Valley, California and features local flora and fauna.
Green fees are in the $20-$40 range.

The greens and fairways were in great shape

Difficult and tricky - If you can play here, you can play anywhere. Fast greens, no level lies. Deceptive. Some tight lies, rough can be misread as to depth. Improvements almost every week.
$26 (cart not included), played on Wednesday, October 2010 at 6am
New owernship as of July, 2010 has greatly improved greens, fairways and pace of play. Re-modleing of the Club House is a 100% improvement from the last 15 years !!!!!!
$41 (cart included), played on Saturday, November 2009 at noon
Nice fast, rolling greens. good layout. Some fairways too narrow and are crossing, causing hazard.
